Job DescriptionRemote position. Work from home anywhere in the U.S.Monday - Friday, 10am-6:30pm EST Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in worklife resources and services.Responsible for managing the daily operations of a team of Worklife Consultants, including performance management of team and supporting both internal and external WL customers.Recruits and rewards staff, set performance expectations, and assess, monitor and counsel staff regarding individual performance.Manages the daily activity of the team to ensure client commitments and performance expectations are achieved.This position may perform job requirements as described in the Worklife Consultant or Customer Support Associate job descriptions dependent on staffing needs. Coordinates quality improvement activities under the direction of EAP quality leadership.Oversees compliance and adherence with policies and regulatory standards. ()Required QualificationsSubject matter expert with EAP/WL services and resources. Strong supervisory skills to oversee service delivery to internal and external customers.
