Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote position with some travel required.Join the MinuteClinic team, an industry-leading Fortune 4 Company for a refreshing change The Behavioral Health Practice Manager (BHPM) leads a team of geographically-dispersed Licensed Mental Health Professionals who provide behavioral health services to the community. Responsibilities include: Quality Practice Oversight: accountability for their team's achievement of quality clinical practice, for serving as a behavioral health expert and resource to their team, and for partnering with clinical advisory and quality & safety teams to advance MinuteClinic's overall behavioral health practice. Team Building and Talent Development: leads and monitors the culture of their team for selecting, engaging, and developing talent. Behavioral Healthcare Administration and Management: provides operational and administrative leadership for their practice and colleagues within assigned territory. Manages budget, manages staffing and scheduling, and plans, implements, and supervises their LCSW practice. Professionalism and Leadership: uses the frameworks of change theory, situational leadership, and systems thinking to provide a vision for team, to integrate ethical thinking into all interactions, and to ensure that colleagues are actively involved in decisions that impact their work.Required Qualifications 5+ years of work experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed (Clinical) Professional Counselor (LPC or LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or PhD in Clinical Psychology 2+ years in a management position Unencumbered license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed (Clinical) Professional Counselor (LPC or LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or EquivalentSKILLS: Effective communication and relationship building Virtual relationship management Academic and professional association relationships Knowledge of the health care environment and behavioral health Clinical practice knowledge Health care economics knowledge Understanding of evidence-based practice Outcome measurement Knowledge of risk management Demonstrated leadership Personal and professional accountability Strategic managementCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
