Job DescriptionThis is a full-time telework role open to candidates located in Maricopa County, AZ. Travel will be required to the Phoenix office for trainings and meetings, as needed.Working schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours.The Team Lead is accountable to leadership to support the day-to-day operations of the team. This position has no supervisory oversight of staff, but requires a solid understanding of the workflows, policies and procedures to ensure the team is producing at a successful level. The Team Lead supports the onboarding of new staff as well as quality monitoring and assignment triage. The Team Lead is a single point and first line of contact for staff for clinical issues. They may lead projects as assigned. The Team Lead provides ongoing communication and updates to leadership and contributes and participates in team meetings. The role requires promoting cooperation and team building between all department members and the following responsibilities. -tServe as a resource to team members-tServe as a content model expert and mentor to the team regarding practice standard, quality of interventions, problem resolution and critical thinking. -tEnsure adherence to plan sponsor performance targets-tDevelop, implement and support program policies and procedures -tUtilize critical thinking skills to raise the level of teams performance Mentor the team; monitoring and providing feedback regarding performance relative to best practices -tAct as a role model for the Aetna values, particularly regarding company policies on confidentiality-tCommunicate effectively with a variety of audiences. -tWell organized and able to prioritize tasks -tSupport a positive work environment that promotes the concept of teamwork -tSupport to Supervisors/Managers as directed. -tMay have responsibility for their own workload. -tRespond to issues and inquiries as needed -tSedentary work involving periods of sitting, talking, hearing, work requires visual acuity to perform close inspection of handwritten and computer generated documents as well as a PC monitor.Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of AZ - 3+ year(s) of clinical practice experience in a hospital setting, alternative care setting such as home health or ambulatory care- 1+ year(s) of computer navigation experience through internal/external computer systems, and MS Office Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
