We are seeking a Director of Internal Communications to join our dynamic team.Reporting to the Snr Director of Enterprise IT Strategy, you will be responsible for providing strategic communications counsel to Information Technology partners, driving strategic communication planning in support of their business initiatives and priorities. You will be a key thought partner to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), providing internal and external strategic communications. You will support large-scale change initiatives driven by Information Technology areas, working closely with the HR change management organization. You will also influence the internal editorial strategy, with an emphasis on storytelling, to connect colleagues with our Purpose and drive employee engagement and pride. You will ensure that the content displayed in our internal channels is aligned to our brand voice and corporate narrative and meets our editorial standards.This position is based in Woonsocket, RI, Hartford, CT, or Work From Home - Flexible. Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with Information Technology executive leaders and their teams to develop strategic communications plans that support their business objectives, with communications segmented by key stakeholder audiences Ensure message alignment across internal and external channels, working collaboratively with the other communications centers of excellence (external communications, content and experiences) and the business unit communications teams Support IT company town hall meetings, working with cross-functional business partners to ensure flawless execution Support large-scale, complex change initiatives with comprehensive communication plans integrated with change strategies and tactics Engage and manage third party vendors, agencies and freelancers as needed Bring innovative thinking and tactics to drive culture and colleague engagement strategiesSalary RangeThe typical salary range for this role is $66,400 - $116,900.This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus plan or program.For more information on our benefit programs, please click here.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in corporate communications, with an emphasis on internal communicationsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
