Job DescriptionThe Product Owner (PO) is a member of the Agile Product Team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog. This is an instrumental role in driving a best-in-class cart and checkout experience for the front-store retail business.The PO is responsible for streamlining the execution of team priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features/ components for the team. The PO has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done. This PO role will support the digital retail agile product teams. This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with the Product Manager, who is responsible for the Program Backlog, to prepare for the Program Increment (PI) Planning meeting.Responsibilities: User Story Development. Provides subject matter expertise - explaining product vision and user stories to the team to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered Iteration Planning including backlog prioritization and feature refinement Program Increment planning Cross-functional collaboration to collect information to support feature development and delivery Work with the UX designers to define the customer experience across the digital assets Work with engineering and architecture teams to define the backend processes to support the customer experience digital and omnichannel touchpoints Leads the team in identifying dependencies and tradeoffs as well as problem solving risks that may appear in the Team Backlog Works with product management and stakeholders to align on business value, problem statements, and customer pain points that are strategic priorities for CVS Health Validate the application releases and provide signoffs Collaborates with the team to produce and present the PI system demo to program stakeholders Establish clear goals and objectives for the product(s) and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that will clearly indicate the progress towards those goals and business outcomesRequired Qualifications 3+ years required experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technology Consultant 2+ years of web, iOS, or Android mobile app experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
