Job Description- Responsible for managing the general COE framework & service areas within our OTIA offering- Setting a vision and communicating that vision to the community through online resources as well as scheduled meetings- First line contact in core team resources assignments, onboarding and provisioning or workers, enforcing general policies and procedures such as time reporting, compliance, adherance to corporate standards and procedures- Act as coach and mentor for existing development staff in both technical standards and procedurse as well as soft skills of communication, collaboration, task managemet and ensurance of quality efforts in all deliverablesRequired Qualifications- 8+ year experience in technology role- 3 + years experience leading an RPA teamCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
