Job DescriptionThe Executive Director leads the Interoperability, Transparency and No Surprises Act Program Management Office (PMO) and is accountable for driving compliance with the federal regulations across the enterprise.Additional responsibilities of the Executive Director include:- Accountable for setting and executing on program vision, rallying organization around vision and prioritizing work to execute- Drive compliance by establishing Program Teams against regulations, leveraging capabilities as needed from IT, Architecture, Legal and other functional areas across the Enterprise- Manage resources and budget for business expenses and technology costs- Collaborate with IT, Government Affairs, Architecture, Legal, Finance and senior business partners in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the program- Lead robust governance and communications across the Enterprise- Clear roadblocks surfaced by Program Teams and escalate to broader leadership if needed, enabling teams to execute and drive business outcomes- Cultivate talent and build a culture of continuous improvement to enhance performance, achieve results and organizational effectivenessRequired Qualifications- 10 years or more of leadership experience with direct reports- Minimum 10 years of experience in driving regulatory programsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
