Job DescriptionHere is an exciting opportunity to work with a fortune five company, leading the change in healthcare across the country. In this role you will be responsible for the strategic management of your book of business. You will develop strong external and internal relationships, through collaborative and consultative time spent with your clients and internal partners. You will work with a dynamic team of both sales and operational partners including underwriting to help leverage our organizations competitive advantage while helping provide accessible healthcare to businesses within various industries. You will lead the local communication of CVS Health, Aetna's evolving portfolio of plans and products to your external consulting partners. You will have the opportunity to present and represent a nationally recognized brand at both Health Fairs and Open enrollment events both in person and virtual.You will have access to a robust level of innovative tools that help you support the initiatives of your book of business and the clients you manage.You will work with an array of products that include Medical, Dental, Vision Voluntary and many more value adds.We are looking for an innovative, forward thinking creative individual, who loves the details and the big picture.If this is you, please apply.Required QualificationsProven ability to establish a sense of trust through open, ongoing communication/interactions.3-5 years carrier or brokerage Health/Life industry experience in a capacity of interacting and servicing customers.3-5 years of client relationship experience including issue resolution and account administration.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Active Accident and Health Insurance License with the State of California is required or must be obtained within 90-days of hire.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft applications.
