RN FLOAT POOL - AS NEEDED

The RN Float Pool is responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care. New RN Float Pool Key Points: • Rate of Pay: $70 flat rate with time and a half after 40 hours • 36 hours / 6-week schedule • No Weekends • No Holidays • No ETO • No Benefits • No nursing incentive for extra shifts • Float to all 4 hospitals • Shift diff for nights and weekends • Option to apply for Internal Contracts! Responsibilities• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs • Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. • Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person • Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition. • Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills. • Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care. • Participate in continuing education • Maintain complete and accurate medical records Qualifications• IL RN license required • BLS required • 1 Year RN experince in acute care setting required • COVID vaccination PIQnursing PandoLogic.
