Job DescriptionThe Executive Director, Testing Center of Excellence is responsible for planning, creating, and implementing the strategy for the Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) across the PBM organization. You will build and lead a team that will oversee the development and maintenance of PBM testing standards including policies, procedures, services, and automation to deliver and maintain high quality predictable outcomes for our clients and members.Responsibilities Include:Lead a team that defines the test strategies, standards, compliance to mandates, audits and test automation including evolving the standards over time to improve quality - the test strategy includes but are not limited to eligibility, benefits, clinical, specialty, pricing, accumulations, rebates, digital, client financials and reports. Initiate audits to ensure teams follow the processes and procedures, including recommended standards.Partner with senior leaders across our Product and Adjudication Solutions teams to enhance the testing process as new pharmacy products and adjudication capabilities are rolled out to our clients.Partner with our Automation leader to ensure testing steps are automated and results can be viewed via digital platform and devices. Documenting the user training manuals for test automation as well as manual testing.Partner with our Digital team to create an online experience for clients to manage requirements and test results. Provide updates to Senior Executives on the impact the Testing Center of Excellence is having on our strategic goals.Required Qualifications10+ years of proven leadership of managers in a matrixed environment.10+ years' experience building QA teams10+ years of IT testing experience.10+ working in a multi-faceted operation, building and maintaining client relationships.10+ years of driving metrics and meeting budget/cost commitmentsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
