Job DescriptionFront Store Supply Chain Performance - Senior AnalystPosition will start with remote work, but all candidates must reside within a commutable distance to Woonsocket, RI.The Supply Chain Performance - Senior Analyst is responsible for working cross-functionally with stakeholders throughout the CVS organization and the vendor community to streamline, standardize and implement supply chain processes designed to drive effectiveness and efficiency in the CVS supply chain. This position is tasked with supporting the daily requirements of the CVS Health Shelf-Life compliance program by monitoring key performance metrics and counseling vendors to meet CVS targets and/or benchmarks. In addition, this position will be responsible for reporting key performance metrics to merchant and supply chain leadership. The individual should: Be a strong team member, Possess the ability to influence teams to achieve optimal results, Be detail-driven with an analytical approach to decision making and Possess the ability to multi-task effectively.Position Task List1. Collaborate with internal, cross-functional business partners of various levels to administer the CVS Shelf-Life Compliance program,2. Address strategic opportunities pertaining to supply chain performance, as well as be the direct point of contact for vendors,3. Execute management's strategic vision in the daily performance of supply chain collaboration and performance activities: a. dispute resolution, b. vendor performance collaboration and counseling and c. tracking and reporting of results, 4. Provide direction to program participants (vendors) for improvement opportunities to drive supply chain effectiveness and efficiency,5. Understand industry standards and supply chain performance programs of CVS' retail competitors to ensure CVS remains comparable,a. Provide recommendations to leadership and implement cross-functional supply chain efficiencies,6. Manage ad hoc projects related to Supply Chain solutions and process improvement,7. Implement and maintain different technologies to improvement CVS' vendor collaboration and reporting of key performance metrics, a. Ensure technology is being utilized correctly and effectively. b. Identify areas of opportunity to effectively communicate to the appropriate levels of management.Required QualificationsRequired Qualifications:-Strong technical expertise including experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Access and Excel-1+ year experience in Supply Chain-Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, independently solve business problems, and recommend practical solutions.-Proven ability to construct and present data to support recommendations and project objectivesCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
