Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant of CVS Health Ventures & Insights is responsible for performing a range of advanced administrative duties to support CVS' Head of Health Ventures & Insights. Calendar management, tracking project budgets/expenses, coordination of travel/offsite team meetings, assisting with management of legal documents and more. CVS Health Ventures & Insights is a fast-moving team and the successful candidate will enjoy working in a driven and high-energy environment. This individual will be entrusted with handling confidential matters and is most suited for someone that can easily multi-task and work efficiently to meet deadlines.Major responsibilities will include managing or assisting with: Scheduling high priority and confidential meetings involving CVS' Executive Leadership Team Navigating through urgent business needs, prioritizing and communicating appropriate to resolve or escalate appropriately Handling and processing of legal documents (procuring signatures, etc.) Attending senior level meetings to provide support and follow-up on outstanding tasks Serving as administrative point person for hiring new employees, and supporting their on-boarding Travel planning and flight/hotel booking for the Health Ventures & Insights Resolving IT and access issues by working with CVS' IT support team Planning/organizing office meetings and eventsRequired Qualifications 3+ years' experience in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant role The ability to be on site 1-2 days per weekCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
