In this Site Development Manager role you'll communicate with potential investigators and health care organizations laying the foundation to work collaboratively on future clinical trials. In addition, the Site Development Manager will stay attuned to the changing industry landscape and assists the organization in positioning the company to remain competitive by exploring, articulating and executing initiatives for new growth and direction as related to Investigators for clinical research.What you'll do: Network member expansion - Identify, engage, and recruit strategic research investigators to join the CVS investigator network the with the purpose of network expansion, which may include physicians or physician groups, existing research sites, specialty services companies and clinics, CROs and sponsors. Follow-up on inquiries or direct contact (i..e cold-call) potential partners and establishes a productive dialog. Conduct research on various organizations and determine suitability for partnership. Member onboarding - Cultivate member relationships and loyalty - Communicate with prospective and existing investigators/partners on a regular basis through email, phone and face-to-face meetings to maintain good relations. Establish and report milestones, deadlines and expectations. Execute and submit confidentiality agreements and feasibility questionnaires with potential investigators. Negotiate terms of services, budgets and contracts with new and continuing partners. Closely works with new partners during the on-boarding process and prepares them to integrate with CVS's model. Cultivate member relationships and loyalty - maintain on going communication with existing network members to build relationship and establish member loyalty. Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills to establish credibility and trust in the clinical research field.Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in account management and/or business development in clinical trials industry with an ability and track record of delivering on sales quotas.
