Job DescriptionBusiness Project Program ManagerWFH FlexibleApproximately 20% travel required in Virginia for in-person training and events as neededFundamental Components/Job Description:-Primary focus of this role will be design, management, and implementation of clinical and staff education projects within the Virginia Medicaid LTSS Care Management team-Collaborates and partners with other functional managers and business areas in determining education needs of Care Management staff-Partners with all levels of staff to identify priority education needs of the Care Management team-Proactively identifies and addresses staff education needs in critical areas following internal and external audits, receipt of NoNC/MIP/CAPs from the state, and receipt of internal CAPs -Thorough understanding of all support tools and processes within the Virginia Medicaid LTSS plan to include Standard Operating Procedures, Desktops and Job Aids-Mentor and support staff as needed, with specific focus on staff learning and development-Participation in other Care Management projects as assignedRequired Qualifications- Staff training experience in a clinical setting - Exceptional communication skills, written and oral- Ability to effectively present complex materials to staff with a diverse group of skill sets- Strong clinical background in managing medically complex populations- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Power Point- High level of organization, time management and demonstrated success in a fast paced work environmentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
