Job DescriptionAs the Executive Protection Senior Analyst your responsibilities include: Working in collaboration with the executive protection team for coverage for companies' executives and senior leaders on an ongoing basis. Assist with security planning for admin suite and provide coverage for major events. Maintaining and overseeing programs to address travel visibility and assess risk. Maintaining and documenting standards for measuring efficiency and effectiveness of security programs. Reviewing and compiling statistical data relating to security measure and resource allocation. Required to brief senior management on the status of security issues within assigned area of responsibility. Providing logistical support in regard to security for the executives as well as the executive protection team. Required to maintain and update visibility calendar for activity and events. Will be coordinating all movements and logistics to support the client's itinerary and re-routes to mitigate risk, as needed. Evaluating venues on an ad hoc basis and identifies where security services are necessary. Required to participate in the coordination of various aspects of travel arrangements both for the executive in coordination with administrative assistants as well as the executive protection team, such as transportation in order to be aware of alternative routes, shelters, etc. Communicating routes, principal contacts and issues/plans to executives and executive protection leadership in timely and concise format, informs of most appropriate/secure alternatives and acts on choices, as appropriate, to reach a successful program outcome. Keeping executives from harm and on schedule. Conducting risk/threat vulnerability studies and impact assessment and applies to immediate situations as well as in advance. Proactively reviewing overall information to ensure measures have been implemented to provide safety and security for the executive, including but not limit to research and the collection of applicable information and intelligence, counter-surveillance, as required. Performing basic security functions, including but not limited to perimeter and access control, identification procedures, command post operations, secure assets/property and post standing duties. Ability to work both collaboratively with team members as well as autonomously. Will be the direct contact for coordinating all testing relating to any health concerns for access into the admin suite. Providing exceptional customer service through excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with executive management, staff, the public, and federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. Must possess a high degree of discretion, integrity, ethics, and character. Need to have the ability to accept responsibility and make decisions. Keeping executives from harm and on schedule as it relates to c entry and visitor traffic. Work directly with executive administrative staff for management of daily activity and messaging for any security/access related issues. Required to coordinate all mail screening protocols in relation to correspondence for the executives. Required to coordinate all courier movements for executive correspondence transportation. Conducting risk/threat vulnerability studies and impact assessments and applies to immediate situations as well as in advance. Will proactively review overall information to ensure measures have been implemented to provide safety and security for the executives. Conduct preliminary background investigations as directed by the executive protection leadership. Perform intelligence analytical review as directed and prepare power point presentations as needed. Adhering to executive protection protocol and performs executive protection administrative services as dictated by the nature of the assignment, in a non-invasive fashion and at the direction of executive protection leadership. Assisting the executive in mitigating circumstances that could place the executive and/or the CVS Health Brand in an unfavorable situation. Ensuring all security activities are in compliance with corporate policies and legal and regulatory requirements. Being the key point of contact for executive suite with responsibilities to include maintaining integrity of passage for occupants and visitors to the access restricted areas for executive members. Working closely with other functional leaders and contractors regarding the interaction of security and facilities issues.Required Qualifications 5 or more years of law enforcement experience in the public or private sector 1 or more years of of physical security issues, proper investigative methodologies and management of investigative services experience 1 or more years of security risk assessment and audit experience.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
