Job DescriptionThe SAP Application Development functional Lead is responsible and accountable for the quality and cohesion of solution application components within the SAP landscape and their conformance to approved CVS Health IT standards and alignment with future state SAP roadmaps. The functional lead is expected to manage medium to large development efforts and provides industry leading SAP best practices. This role also ensures appropriate and effective data integration across multiple applications.- You will partner with the business to document requirements and design new solutions or modify existing processes to meet their changing demands.- You will analyze and correct system issues and respond to user inquires or problems.- You will effectively present information and respond to questions either one-on-one or to groups, including formal presentations and regular status to management and business partners.- You will share technical and business guidance with other team members, IS groups and business partners.- You should have excellent interpersonal and communication (oral, listening and writing) skills are required.- You should demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks and resolving issues in order to deliver a quality project on time and within budget.- You should have the ability to design systems for high availability, security, manageability and reliability.Required Qualifications7+ years experience in SAP application development: S4 HANA Fiori FICO Applications, Developing functional specification for RICEF and Custom ABAP development, and guide the development of those programs within the development team Planning and executing SAP Implementation & Enhancement activities related SAP FI module (GL.AP, AR) Experience in handling complex Interfaces with non-SAP Systems Must have through knowledge of General Ledger (FI-GL), Account Payable (FI-AP), Accounting Receivable (FI-AR), Bank Accounting (FI-BL), Assets Accounting (FI-AA),Cost Element accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting Experience in Integration of FI with Production planning, Project systems, Procure to pay (PTP), and Order to Cash (OTC) cycle in S/4 HANA Hand on experience on configuring on SAP FI and CO Process like AR/AP/GL/Assets/TAX/Bank Accounting3+ years experience in an SAP functional lead role.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
