Job DescriptionCVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Wellesley, MA: Sr. Product Manager to plan, initiate, and manage product development for information technology (IT) projects. Duties include: serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects for the entrepreneurial consumer health product team within CVS Health focused on creating engaging products for seniors using connected devices to support their health and independence; participate in developing and executing the vision and strategy to build a new experience for seniors using connected devices; confer with project personnel including internal and external development teams, collaborate across business units, communicate to a variety of stakeholders, and develop content to effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; software product management, including building large-scale consumer facing products; manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, monitor project milestones, and track deliverables; leverage strong technical understanding of core programming, computer science concepts, and quantitative analysis to support data-driven decision making; develop software supporting the Internet of Things (IOT) and work with development teams in an Agile environment to build consumer facing products; guide product strategy from internal pilots to external launch, create roadmaps, decompose high-level requirements into user stories, and manage product backlogs; create and support seamless customer journeys through analog and digital experiences; coordinate the work of technical staff, including remote team members and stakeholders. Telecommuting available.Required QualificationsMaster's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in each of the following: Product management and software development; Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, devices and platforms; C, C++, Python, JavaScript, or Java; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; and Defining requirements using Jira or Confluence.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
