Job DescriptionSeeking a strong Project Manager/ Product Owner to lead a Scrum team focused on Data Ingestion from both internal and external sources. The ideal candidate will have expertise as a liaison between business and technical resources to ensure reporting requirements are clearly articulated, documented thoroughly in Rally, developed and built with precision, and carefully tested to ensure the highest level of quality in delivery. Additionally, the job includes responsibility to support and track Production Support concerns, assess impacts of data and reporting issues, and effectively communicate the same to customers and stakeholders. This job requires unwavering commitment to both the customer and to the delivery team, and enthusiasm for a dynamic and challenging work environment. Additionally, a successful candidate will have the ability to:- Proactively lead a program and/or most complex projects by setting strategic direction. - Identify gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization. - Collaborate and partner with other functional managers to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed. - Consult with constituents (these may be internal and/or external) to scope/define project. - Influence change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services. - Obtain financial support for most complex projects or supports this work as it relates to program management. - - Collaboratively work across multiple teams to obtain agreement from all impacted parties - Develop and implement new ideas that support work/team. - Lead all project and/or program management work including monitoring and tracking of progress and status update communications. - Responsible for resource utilization within and across work teams. - Responsible for the financial implications of projects and/or program budgets. - Assist others to identify solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project plan.Required QualificationsExperience and or training in a few of these key areas: - Agile Product Ownership- Rally- Clinical Platform Reporting- MedCompass, ATV or another clinical platform- Utilization Management- Case ManagementCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
