Job DescriptionThis role will be leading a Key Enterprise Initiative (KEI) sponsored directly by the CEO and CFO, while supporting several other connected initiatives. The KEI impacts the entire organization, is intricately connected to other enterprise initiatives and requires comprehensive analysis, strong strategic planning, project oversight and executive communication skills. The Finance organization will be responsible for the following:1. Identification and execution of any external reporting and/or statutory filing requirements as a result of the KEI2. Valuation of the KEI opportunity and messaging to the investor community 3. Business continuity planning to ensure critical financial processes are not disrupted during the changes required as a result of the initiative4. In Depth Financial Impact Analysi that cascades internal management and operating reporting, denoting both impacts to mgmt. reporting and alignment/impacts to the larger KEI roadmap and strategy.Fortune 8 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Strategic Planning Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Finance Strategic Planning Senior Manager you will facilitate the development of enterprise and business unit strategic plans. In this role you will be responsible for providing analysis, guidance and direction within areas of expertise; and developing relationships with external consultants and cross-functional team members as required in support of initiatives. Oversee assigned cross-enterprise initiatives and also concurrently serve as team member on broader cross-functional Enterprise initiatives. Address problems of a short to mid-term nature independently and address longer term issues with limited supervision. Seeking applicants with a strong financial analysis, modeling and reporting background to provide analysis, recommendations, and forward-looking guidance across a strategic plan/roadmap. Applicant should have ability to self-start and self-direct work in an evolving environment, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and tight turn around deadlines. Additionally, strong problem solving and analysis skills, combined with sound business judgment and ability to communicate with management team are needed.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75400Maximum: 158300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsEssential Qualifications and Functions: The minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) which are absolutely required to successfully perform the job. Essential requirements should also include "any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager" e.g. travel requirements, etc.Knowledge of: 8+ years of significant/pertinent project management, financial management or financial planning and analysis experience and technical/functional expertise in several of the following areas: management consulting, financial analysis, project management, public policy, mergers and acquisitions, operations management and/or marketing.
