Job DescriptionThis project manager role sits at the heart of the Engagement and Execution team within the Enterprise Workforce Management for CVS.The Engagement and Execution team is where the connection between our Field Partners and our WFM experts comes to life each day, bringing together the experience from our stores and data driven insights, tools and recommendations from our SMEs at the Customer Support Center.The key drivers of this team are to:1) educate field leaders about current workforce management industry best practices, leveraging our people-focused tools, and meeting key staffing requirements2) positively influence field leaders to prioritize labor and staffing improvements by connecting the dots between labor readiness and business success3) providing feedback to field leaders about their performance, as appropriate, to help recognize and redirect on labor-related topics4) communicating effectively with field leaders and corporate workforce management teams as both a key business partner and trusted conduitThe role of the project manager within this team is key in a number of ways:- Supporting the Lead Director for this team in the management and successful delivery of initiatives that are driven from and supported by the Engagement & Execution Team- Supporting a group of Workforce Management Divisional Leaders that directly engage with our retail divisional VPs across all areas of workforce management. The project manager will support with the capture and collation of ideas, actions and requests that come from these field facing leaders- Connecting the dots between the work that is currently in-flight and planned from the wider workforce management team and enabling the successful delivery of these initiatives through great planning and tracking of progress to these plans, through to execution and monitoring of outcomesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75400Maximum: 158300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
