Job DescriptionThe Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager position is a crucial contributor to the Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial regulatory and operations agenda of the Government Services division and broader PBM business. This position reports directly to the Director of Regulatory Affairs.This is a client facing management position that is responsible for coordinating, managing and assisting with Anthem regulatory oversight. In this position you will work closely with Anthem (IngenioRx) regulatory team, the client account team, legal, and many other internal departments to ensure accurate regulatory interpretation of mandates.You will be responsible for managing delegation audits pertaining to regulatory and compliance items including the timely and satisfactory resolution of exceptions identified during the audit process. This position will also be expected to identify process enhancement opportunities to reduce or eliminate risk of future audit exceptions.Duties and Responsibilities:- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to successful completion, and to use effective judgment in prioritization and time allocation - Lead team of 3 - 4 Managers - Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams - Be able to provide comprehensive market insights for key areas of priority for CVS Health's Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial lines of business - Be able to read, interpret, and clearly explain complicated documents, including complex legislation and regulations- Support various business units and the strategic priorities of those business units as appropriatePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 5-7 years experience working in health plan or PBM compliance, audit or regulatory affairs;- 3 years experience supporting health plan audits, CMS audits, delegation vendor oversight audits. - Familiar with Medicare and Medicaid government program requirements.- 5 years of people leadership/team managementCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
