Data Entry Specialist

A rapidly growing manufacturing company in Renton, WA has an immediate need for an experienced Data Entry Specialist! We are looking for someone to join the team, who would be interested in learning and growing with the company. What they are looking for: • A candidate with 3+ years of experience in a Data Entry position. • A can-do attitude. • Reliability. • Someone who can score high on both a 10-key and Alphanumeric speed and accuracy test. Bonus Points for: • Having tenure on your resume (minimal job hopping). • Have some experience working with an accounting department. • Having intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel experience. • Experience with QuickBooks. Main Responsibilities: • Enter data through Microsoft Excel • Work directly with the Accounting Manager to enter invoices and process orders. • Maintaining accuracy and efficiency. • Sometimes being asked to help in other departments as needed.
