Job DescriptionWe have a new and exciting opportunity working on our CVS Health Accordant Team Accordant's care management programs bring members and their health care providers together to bridge the health care experience.We are seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support our Fulfillment and Communications Department. In this position, you will work through clerical interventions and interact with clients, plan representatives and providers. The objective of the Coordinator position is to minimize the clerical and task-related activities of the Clinical Operations and nursing staff.Additional responsibilities include: - Provides administrative support to the Clinical Operations department including: Process system generated correspondence, research incorrect/missing demographic information, and create and file documents in the medical record - Perform system generated tasks efficiently and accurately utilizing word processing software - Communicate verbally and electronically with health plans and interacts with members, plan representatives and providers as required - Provide operator backup - Process incoming and outgoing faxes as needed - Pick up and distribute materials for Clinical Operations staff - Document outcomes and actions related to task according to departmental documentation standards.Required QualificationsRequired Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year administrative or clerical experience- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service- Minimum 1 year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and WordCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
