Internal Medicine - (50741)

Hybrid Hospitalist and clinic position. 80% inpatient work and 20% outpatient/clinic workHospital employed position50 minutes from Kansas City, MO. Can live in the suburbs of KC (30-45 minutes away if desired). J-1 visa sponsorship is available all year long through the HHS waiver (no caps or state limits). The hospital has an experienced attorney who can process with the HHS and has done this before for them. 2 weeks each month (Monday - Friday) you will work in a Hospitalist role doing admits and inpatient consults (usually takes about 3-4 hours per day in-house). Will also cover one weekend of call/inpatient work per month as weekends are shared with 3 other doctors. The weeks you are doing inpatient rounds you will also take night call from home and work with Mid-level providers as needed.During your weeks you are not on inpatient service you will do 2 clinic days per week (will be 4-8 hour clinic days). Scheduling is flexible for this. You will have the rest of that week off. Procedure skills are a plusYou are off all other days you are not doing inpatient service or clinic work.Hospital also provides 20 days of PTO and 7 days of CME time off with $5K CME budget and $5K for dues/memberships.Paid malpractice insurance with tail and 100% immigration costs are covered by the hospital.Benefits stipend of $2,000 per month in first 2 years with this going up to $2300 in year 3. 100% paid relocation costsPosition is available after July, 2022Can be trained in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Med/Peds. Compensation structure:Guaranteed base salary in year one is $300,000, year two is $310,000 and year three is $320,000Production bonus is based on gross professional fees produced per year.
