Caregiver/HCA (Home Care Aid)

AMADA Caregivers are expected to create a safe and loving environment for their clients, so that they can be comfortable in their homes! We are looking for caregivers who have a positive and upbeat personality, in addition to having the skills required to provide proper care. CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY: Incontinence care (diapers, briefs, depends, etc.) Cooking, meal preparation, and familiar with dietary restrictions Bathing (shower assistance, bed baths, etc.) Driving - valid Driver''s License and insurance Caregivers will be assisting in ADL''s with senior clients - in areas such as: Carson, Lakewood, Long Beach, Seal Beach., Willmington, Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Palos Verdes, Torrance, Redondo Beach, and other surrounding areas. All of the following are encouraged to apply: caregiver, helper, companion, home care aid (HCA), certified nursing assistant (CNA), home health aid (HHA), IHSS professional, DSP professional, etc. Essential duties include (but not limited to): Assist with bathing, dressing & grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders and companionship Assist in transfers Create a safe and loving environment for the client to age happily!
