People who will delicately guide patients through an unknown journey ahead; who serve the needs of family members with the same care as their patients; who will always be there to answer questions, so no one is left in the dark. As a Mid-Shift Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Emmanuel Hospice, you will serve alongside a dynamic team in a full-time position. Responsibilities Preferred hours of Monday - Friday 1pm-9pm, hours can be flexible based on candidate''s schedule Providing daily cares and comfort to the dying and their loved ones wherever they call home in territories within a 50-mile radius around Grand Rapids, MI. The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing personal hands-on care and activities of daily living under the direction of a professional nurse. Self-scheduling visits based on patient and family needs. Working in unison with an Interdisciplinary Team, including the patient and their support system, to observe and report patients'' spiritual, psychosocial, and physical needs.
