Job DescriptionFully remote position candidates can apply from any state. Working hours will be Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with some flexibility. Some weekends or holidays may be required on occasion to meet business needs. No travel will be required.The Hiring Support Center Supervisor will be responsible for leading, guiding and motivating a team of skilled hiring professionals. In this role as a Hiring Support Center Supervisor the individual will:- Provide day to day leadership and will ensure team members have technical skills, knowledge and info/tools required to provide high-quality customer service and cultivates a culture where compliance, measurement, quality, and continuous improvement/best practices are performed in accordance with hiring policies, within legal guidelines.- Collaborate closely with Leadership and Workforce Management/Training team members to develop staffing plans, understand and predict work changes and respond in advance to ensure the delivery of important, high-quality, timely service to our customers and stakeholders. - Liaise, support and provide guidance to business stakeholders as neededPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,600Maximum: 81,100Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
