Job DescriptionAs a Lead Director System Readiness and Production Support , you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end business activities pre and post system release and migration activities on ATV and MedCompass. The Lead Director System Readiness and Production Support works closely with colleagues across Operations, IT, L&P and Train Leads to understand and communicate when key capabilities are being deployed, creating the integrated timeline in support of business simulation testing, release communication and first execution activities. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities for both ATV and MedCompass including but not limited to security administration, management of external and internal file feeds, and the voice of the customers for prioritization of production issues. Additional Responsibilities of the Lead Director System Readiness and Production Support include:- Facilitate the formation of the MedCompass release calendar through collaborative sessions with IT, AssureCare, Product and Train leads- Manage the activities related to the MC release activities; ensures all impacted organizations understand timing and activities related to the release, included pre-release activities - Work closely with IT partners supports the management of the D2D application activities; monitors control reports, ensures failures are addressed and resolved- Facilitate the business prioritization, research and deployment of production defects and D2D service interruptions- Coordinate and deliver system communications- Manage system access to the application- Business Advocate by working closely with business constituents to understand improvement opportunities related to the applications and implements changes to addressPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
