Job DescriptionAs a Mgr Bus Auditor Meritain Health you will be responsible for Audits, Reporting, and other operational activities as assigned for large, complex, and high-profile internal and external audits in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work both independently and as a part of a larger team to support all audits , development of best practices, and act as an Audit subject matter expert supporting the Meritain enterprise. In this role, you will be required to demonstrate an expertise in Auditing with significant focus on timeliness, execution, accuracy, responsiveness, reliability, integrity, and professionalism with every interaction. This position will act as a SME within the department and actively work to cross-train on all roles, create and revise procedures and process improvements, lead special projects, develop or refine innovative solutions and become a subject matter expert on all Audit activities. This role will also include the oversight of operationalizing all process improvements, internal controls, and management processes identified in the audits. Travel may require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-Internal or external audit experience-Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills - Proven ability to lead, track and manage issues, ensuring the right teams are engaged- Facilitate and conduct comprehensive and timely issue resolution and in-depth root cause analysis, where needed- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work and lead in a team environment- Ability to work independently in a fast paced and changing work environment with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines with a variety of responsibilities- Ability to creatively solve problems when dealing with a multitude of variables where standard resolution does not exist- Motivation to continue to learn and grow within the organization.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
