Job DescriptionThe Finance Business Support Position supports the Enterprise Planning and Performance Management (EPPM) organization, focusing in on building out our SG&A Management and Analysis capabilities. The role is part of the Enterprise FP&A Innovation team and will work cross functionally with finance, HR and technology teams. This individual will have a strong financial modeling, analysis and technology background and will also work closely with the larger Enterprise FP&A Innovation team as we navigate and driver several key enterprise initiatives.- Accountable for the continued improvement to the quality of the management reporting through leading initiatives to implement relevant changes to the current reporting- Develop and implement strategy and action plans to reduce data gaps and ensure efficient and effective use of data for financial reporting & analysis-Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an evolving environment, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and tight turn around deadlines- Excellent analytical and modeling skills, Financial Planning & Analysis and/or project management, consulting experience - Strong problem solving and analysis skills, combined with sound business judgment and ability to communicate with management team-Responsible for constructing models that enable financial decisions that consider the implications of business strategies, investments, trade-offs, efficiency and scale initiatives, including process and systems transformationPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 17.02Maximum: 27.16Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
