Job DescriptionA Broker Manager is accountable for driving and achieving company defined distribution channel sales goal and objectives. Directly responsible for execution of market strategy impacting the strategy impacting the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, production, and compliance adherence of their assigned territory. Required Qualifications :- Responsible for meeting established health plan broker sales goals through management of assigned block of agents. - Prospects for and recruits new agents through collaboration with national and Direct agency relationships or through agent marketing activities targeted to agents. - Responsible for onboarding new agents by supporting their navigation of contracting, certification, and training requirements. - Responsible for obtaining agent Ready to Sell (RTS) goals.- Proactively develops agent activation. - Strategy should utilize the development of various tactics such as face-to-face, telephonic methods, and written communication methods. - Responsible for ensuring agent adherence to all state , federal, and health plan guidelines. - Performs other duties as requiredPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,400Maximum: 120,800Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- Life & Health License - State of Alabama and other certification to be deemed ready to sell for Aetna products as per job requirements on an annual basis- 2-3 Years sales experience preferably in the Medicare industry- MUST reside or willing to relocate to northern Alabama market and have ability to service clients in the Huntsville, Decatur, Florence area.- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. - Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint, and corporate applications. - Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
