Here, colleagues work not only within our organization but across the CVS Health matrix, acting as one team to achieve our goals, deliver solutions and transform the future.Job Purpose and Summary:The Portfolio Marketing Senior Manager is accountable for design, development and implementation of the marketing strategy and plan for the portfolio of products and services that the Clinical Trial Services team offers. This includes integrated B2B and B2C marketing plan development, positioning, messaging, materials development, and digital assets to propel sustainable growth and commercial success. Critical to success in this role is deep customer patient insight, strong cross functional collaboration, and a healthy balance of strategic, creative, and analytical capabilities.This role will: Drive development, implementation and pull through of the integrated portfolio marketing strategy and plan Partner closely with key internal stakeholders to develop portfolio marketing materials and initiatives that effectively communicate our products, services, and value to a variety of audiences Collaborate with product teams and Business Development to understand recent developments and need for refreshed or new materials Work with the internal digital team and agency to develop, manage and refresh digital assets and portfolio web content Serve as the main point of contact for Pharma insights and materials development Help lead research and positioning work as well as value proposition, story, and message development Build a deep understanding of our strategy, services, patient/consumer insight and the healthcare landscape Proactively identify additional B2B marketing opportunities for engagement and/or communication Align with Communications, identifying opportunities for marketing programs/support Help set the annual marketing plan, key milestones, and budget Maintain repository for CTS data, claims and sources for use in materials Manage submission and review of B2B portfolio materials by Regulatory, Medical and Legal on materials review/approval Support development of materials for leadership as needed (E.g., Board presentations/other)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years of in-depth product management, marketing, or commercialization experience in a highly matrixed, collaborative environment in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or consumer healthcare 3+ years of demonstrated proficiency in marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, insight, value propositions and campaign/materials developmentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
