Generations Home Care, LLC provides supplemental staffing services for several West Valley Rehab locations. Seeking Certified Nursing Assistant''s, in good standing, to be employed by Generations Home Care, LLC to help support our local Rehab care partners who need help with staffing their facilities. Duties Include:• Following rehab''s care protocal''s for their patients• Documentation of duties performed (trained by the rehab on charting procedures)• Daily floor rounds• Provide assistance with activities of daily living for patients• Provide safety and support services• Follow instructions, protocals and policies of the rehab facility you are assigned to for supplemental staffing
