At Tom''s Ford we very much strive to keep your work / life balance in check.Service Technician Compensation and Benefits:Competitive PayFlexible Working HoursHealth InsurancePTO & Sick Leave401(K) with Company ContributionCompensation: $40k - $50k annually with lots of opportunityService Technician Responsibilities:Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealershipDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systemsCommunicate directly with the Service Advisor & Customer so that additional service can be performed on siteProvide estimates of time needed for additional repairsExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsService Technician Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of experience as an auto technicianKnowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenanceFast, eager learner and team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsComputer skills and willingness to learn new problemsAbility to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentClean driving record & valid drivers licenseBe able to work Saturday & Sunday + 2 days during the week e/o/e/m/f/d/v
