Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining inventory at maximum levels; supervisory or lead functions required. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Count and reconcile daily inventoryMonitor and track syrup usage in production runsReconcile and confirm daily production ordersTrack and report efficiencies and yields associated with inventory/productionReconcile all sales loads, and track/report in breakage, damage, and lossReport to management/supervision daily out of stock items/materialsPerform weekly age analysis and report any close dated productAssist in the training and development of departmental personnelManage produced product replenishments to surrounding Sales CentersManage inventory levels to plan at a third party warehouseReview, monitor, and address full good inventory levels to minimize potential out of stock risk to salesHigh level of customer service focus and response required as an operations liaison to a Sales CenterCreate and prioritize product replenishments to meet volume planGenerate and review daily reportsPrepare and file reportsOther projects or duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 5 years Inventory Control experienceExcellent organizational, analytical and communication skillsThis position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
