As a Solution Architect you will provide venue expertise during client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design to achieve defined benefits. This includes guiding clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance as well as acting as the primary consultant for the client''s solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer. As a member of this team, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support while also resolving escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise. You will be responsible for resolving client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, solution application, perform test script execution and create and participate in unit and integrated testing. You will specifically work with Human Resources, Recruiting and Payroll departments assisting in department strategy, maintaining, and upgrading existing applications, as well as implementing new systems in these areas. Some applications that would be beneficial to have knowledge of would be Kronos, Oracle Fusion HCM, Taleo, STAR Payroll, and BSI Tax Factory. Working Environment Hybrid or Remote This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. LI-Hybrid Remote Qualifications Basic QualificationsAt least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experienceAt least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:HCM work experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor''s degree or equivalent relevant work experienceAt least 3 years of health care information technology work experienceAt least 2 years implementing and supporting cloud applicationsAt least 3 years experience in an HCM Analyst roleAt least 1 year of Oracle Fusion HCM work experienceAt least 1 year of Taleo work experienceAt least 1 year supporting and configuring KronosAt least 1 year experience with STAR PayrollExpectationsPerform other responsibilities as assignedWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position Applicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
