OverviewAt AAA Northeast, the eBusiness Team is driving digital evolution through data analysis and optimization. We''re searching for Digital UI/UX Specialists with a desire to learn and join our team to further enhance the digital experience for over 10 million members within our reach. In this role, you will collaborate with strategic partners to optimize digital tactics through informed A/B Testing, personalization tactics, and data analysis using best-in-class industry tools. Your data-driven experimentation insights will continue to advocate and drive for optimization within the digital experience while maintaining and exceeding business performance goals and user satisfaction. Meet the teamhere (.ResponsibilitiesProactively builds, analyzes, and adjusts independently generated usability tests using Adobe Target. Idea generation includes digital best practices and competitor reviews. Requires the use of development tools and skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript , etc . Works with product owner, business line, and marketing stakeholders to effective launch additional A/B tests, inbound landing page requests, and other campaigns to further enhance the member digital experience. Responsible for product imagery workflow, working with cross functional stakeholders to ensure all assets are delivered per schedule. Ensures all product images best represent product, are highest quality possible, and are available and enabled for all products on the site, including front/side/back and alternate images . Conduct quality assurance for monthly refreshes; leads testing and ensures flawless execution of all customer facing elements. Continuously makes recommendations to increase effectiveness of content management tools, including tagging, SEO keywords/descriptions, etc. Analyzes (using Adobe Analytics) and identifies trends ( Foresee member satisfaction scores, etc. ) in content and customer support cases. Identifies root causes and recommends process and policy improvement to improve user experience . QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing or related field or 3-5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree3-5 years of digital experience, with focus on e-commerce, web, internet, and/or web application experience Experience with digital content management systems Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or other photo, editing software Experience working with digital images (JPG, TIFF, GIF) Experience with A/B testing strongly preferred Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and creating alternate solutions Ability to code using HTML/HTML5 and CSS Ability to interact with cross functional partners Experience collaborating and planning with agile teams Strong communication and problem solving skills Strong leadership, strategic thinking and practical organizational planning Understanding of user experience and interface design Need help finding the right job?We can recommend jobs specifically for you!Job LocationsUS-RI-ProvidenceID 2022-6397 Category Marketing Type Full Time Employee Employment Type Regular Employee - (REG) Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
