Job DescriptionEnterprise Women's Health and Genomics is responsible for setting women's health and genomics/precision medicine enterprise strategy at CVS Health. This clinically grounded work aims to support CVS Health consumers on their path to better health through innovative programs and products that simplify the health care experience, make health local, and improve health outcomes.The Product Enablement Sr. Manager position will be responsible for generating measurable input to new concepts and partnership models for innovative products across women's health and genomics. By supporting the design and busines case analysis of a variety of evidence-based solutions, initiatives, and pilots, this role will help drive improvements in clinical outcomes and focus on revenue capture opportunity throughout the CVS Health enterprise. The role also entails leading the end-to-end implementation and performance evaluation of pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate early successes and advance an expanded portfolio across the enterprise. The clinical focus of these solutions include women's health, genomics, and precision medicine.Business partners include, but are not limited to, Aetna, Caremark, CVS Retail Pharmacy, HealthHUB, and MinuteClinic. Significant collaboration is needed across multiple functions, business segments, and external partners. Additional responsibilities include analysis and prioritization of opportunities using primary and secondary research, business case development, socialization for buy-in of initiatives, supporting the execution of a multi-year product roadmap, and relevant product and pilot implementation support. The Product Enablement Senior Manager will report directly to the Lead Director of Product Enablement and join a small team in Enterprise Women's Health and Genomics. This will require the successful applicant to work within matrixed teams across the enterprise to drive innovation and value but also to continuously adapt as needs require. Successful candidates are proactive, creative, and nimble in their approach to enable success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 7-10+ years relevant work experience- Demonstrated success building, deploying, and managing health care products from ideation to execution - Ability to analyze and synthesize data and research insights- Demonstrated ability to conduct market sizing and competitive landscape analysis - Experience building business cases grounded in clinical evidence- Ability to develop, manage, scale, and evaluate pilot solutions - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong Excel skills to develop robust business cases and model growth projections - Excellent Powerpoint skills to develop data-driven content with strong storytelling Population health experience preferred - Health insurance and/or pharmaceutical experience preferredCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications- Leverage knowledge and understanding of CVS Health enterprise capabilities to direct enhancements and define new solutions focused on intersectional areas of women's health and genomics- Support the implementation of the women's health and genomics product enablement roadmaps by evaluating areas of opportunity for the enterprise- Support the build of 5-7 strategic and economic business cases for solution offerings, including revenue, membership growth and market share targets - Drive effective product offerings across CVS's broad portfolio of business lines, including Aetna, Pharmacy, HealthHUBs, etc. to meet consumer needs and commercial organizational goals- Directs, evaluates and provides requirements/specifications for use of appropriate business processes and systems to support product initiatives- Work with customer insights and external agencies to evaluate and test concepts as necessary- Assist with the development of business unit or field training for any products enabled through the women's health and genomics team- Vet and execute vendor/partnership collaborations that advance women's health and precision medicine strategies to support B2B and DTC customers in new ways - Support the qualitative and quantitative outcomes reporting and monitoring of product performance including KPIs, market research, and competitive insights - Define value realization strategy and intake criteria for prioritization of the product portfolio- Analyze health issues, market dynamics, and product portfolio to understand key needs and opportunities- Work with relevant business partners to define consumer experience across CVS Health ecosystem for concepts and solutions- Assess needs to build, buy, or partner for comprehensive solution execution- Collaborate with business partners to define solutions and prioritize within business line roadmaps; manage relationships to secure necessary resources not under direct control- Effectively facilitate and manage cross-functional development and implementation work groups - Document and assess risks and dependencies for successful program execution; troubleshoot barriers to success - Create or support business case development and senior leadership briefings outlining objectives, opportunities, solutions, and return on investment- Partner with Analytics and Behavior teams (NBAs, SAIs, etc.) to build data-drive product solutions and continue to leverage analytics to inform decisions to drive growth- Support sales enablement, as needed, for deployed productsEducation- Bachelor's degree - Masters Degree in relevant field preferredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS HealthEvery one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
