About theInformation Services (IS) Department:This department has 120 staff and provides technology services including; phone, email, printing and remote access to all operating units of the Metropolitan Council. The Council enterprise infrastructure consists of a Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) connected by multiple network technologies, traversing both public and private lines. This position is eligible for a hybrid (both remote and onsite) telework arrangement. Candidate''s permanent residence must be in Minnesota or Wisconsin. What is the Bridge Program? The Bridge Program is a long-term, two-year position, which allows students and recent graduates to bridge the gap between their education and experience to become successful in the workplace. The candidate''s telework location must be in Minnesota or Wisconsin. Work may sometimes require travel between your primary work site and other sites within the Metro area.
