WORK LOCATION: Bend, Oregon SHIFT: 24/7 operation with a rotating scheduleSHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: Anytime after 1am = $2/hr. Anytime after 8pm = $1/PANY: We started back in 2006 with three guys in Bend, Oregon who shared one simple mindset; brew beer, drink beer, and have fun doing it. Cheers!ROLE SUMMARY:This position is a brewer and operator role on the Brewing Team responsible for the execution of daily brewing and ancillary tasks.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Operation of two- four vessel, 50 BBL brew systemsFlexibility to work rotating shifts; days, swings, graveyards, weekdays, and weekendsBrewhouse support including wort production, raw material gathering, CIP of vessels, and yeast pitching.Cellar support including tank CIPs, transfers/ centrifugation, yeast management, dry hopping, DO/CO2 analysis, fruiting, and cocktail production.Work directly with Brewing Management team and Lead Brewers on improving Safety, Quality and Production practices. Drive and sustain new ideas.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:A safety first mentalityBrewing degree or work experience equivalentAt least 21 years oldA keen sense of safety and cleanliness (HACCP/ Food Safety experience a plus)A self-driven attention to detailAbility to keep detailed and accurate recordsHave excellent time management skills and ability to multitaskAbility to lift 60 lbs. repeatedlyAbility to work in a variety of environments.Manage a high workload without sacrificing Safety, Quality, or Production.
