Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior SAP Information Security AnalystJob Location: Richmond, VAJob Duration: 6 Months• Length of assignment:6 months ++ (could be up to 1-2 years)Target start date is Sept 1, 2022• How many positions:1• What is the preferred candidate location (local, non-local, remote?) and is there flexibility? If so, how often?No• What schedule is the candidate required to work?8 hours a day Monday to Friday with workday starting between 8am and 9am Eastern Time ending anywhere between 5pm and 6pm Eastern Time• At any time is overtime required or would you say it is just available as a function of the job?Overtime is not common. OT requirement depends on the timeline and deadlines of a project being worked.• Any required certifications?A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) accreditation is preferred.• Quick description of the role or project story (What this role will be doing). If you have job description on hand, please sendWorking on challenging SAP projects throughout the year, nature and size of projects varying from year to year. Each project may involve working with different groups of people, technical and functional resources outside of our immediate teams, even some vendors or third-party companies.• What are the top (at least 3 if possible) ''must have'' skill sets (technical/functional) which are required?1. 5+ years of Experience in SAP Security solutions required with proficiency in SAP Security roles and user account creation and maintenance, SAP authorization concepts for BW, Enterprise Portal, Fiori, Solution Manager and S/4 HANA environments2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team3. Experience in GRC and SAP modules like FI, PM, HR, Supply chain• What are the top ''nice to have'' skill sets?Proficient and able to manage the life cycle of SAP Role changes from design, review, development, testing and up to productionProficient in understanding compliance requirements and working with auditors on SAP SOX ControlsEfficient and has a very good understanding of SAP license compliance modelCompetency in developing and implementing process improvements within SAP and ensure appropriate IT processes, procedures, and standards are in place and being followed.Adhere to organizational SAP security policies and monitoring of vulnerabilitiesAbility to perform routine audits to identify weaknesses in SAP system security configurations and coordinate with management to remediateExperience in SAP Service Marketplace and Solution Manger implementing SAP Security Notes as needed.Experience with Administering firefighter ID''s and roles through GRC for emergency access for business needsExperience in defining and managing rule sets for business/IT risk analysis in GRC solutionAbility to translate functional specifications into technical design documents, provide estimates and deliver the desired functionality• What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)?Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence in the Information Technology teams'' knowledge of, and concern for, customer business needsAbility to handle multiple deadlines and associated pressuresCompetency in interpersonal understanding with the ability to work with all levels of employees, to influence, and to impact othersResourceful and proactive with conceptual thinking and reasoning abilitiesSelf-starter, ability to work independently, learn and adapt quickly• What education and certifications/licensures are required?Candidate should be a US resident.
