JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant will support the Global Project & Portfolio Management (GPPM) group in USA and report to the PM head Neurology. A close partnership with the Executive assistant of the GPPM group and Leadership Team (LT). The position is key interface to the GPPM leadership team. The Project Coordinator Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative, business supportive, technical tasks and activities including but not limited to meeting and calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, communications, ad-hoc support as needed. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Energetic, curious, self-starter. Present as positive, professional and solution focused. Ability to interact with all levels of the Sanofi organization including the most senior management Strong organizational and demonstrated excellent communication skills, Work independently to drive small projects, coordinating with team members Flexible, technical solving mindset Detail oriented with excellent follow up skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment and ensure smooth and efficient flow of day-to-day operations Comfortable learning new laptop and web-based systems, SharePoint management, budget Ability to work with multiple time zones critical to success Empathy, sensitivity and discretion handling sensitive and extremely confidential matters KEY QUALIFICATIONS: College degree (preferred) in business, communication, or technical discipline 3+ years relevant employment experience as Project coordinator or related role Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint "‹Additional Desirable Qualifications: Prior experience supporting Executive Leaders Working knowledge of common office intranet tools Concur, Ebuy, Catalyst, Workday, Experience working in a technology, pharmaceutical or biotech company At Sanofi R&D North America, we deliver meaningful solutions for patients.
