Job Description

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will manage quality outcomes for internal business processes. You will manage a team responsible for delivering operational business process outcomes. As a member of this team, you will direct and manage operational processes, including data management, documentation and communication steps. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership-relevant and timely status updates and insights to effectively execute on business priorities. This includes, managing the maintenance of content sites and repositories to support business processes, including wikis, knowledge databases and other content vehicles. In addition, you will recommend improvements to operations management systems and processes to accommodate rapid and increasing growth and volume as well as support annual operational planning and budgeting processes. Working Environment Hybrid & Onsite: No Relocation Assistance Offered This position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location. LI-Hybrid Qualifications Basic QualificationsAt least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:At least 1 year business operations work experienceAt least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher educationPreferred QualificationsBachelor''s degree or equivalent relevant work experienceAt least 1 year of Power BI work experienceExpectationsMust reside in or around the Kansas City areaPerform other responsibilities as assignedWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position Applicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
