Home Health RN - Full TimeConnected Healthcare is searching for a strong, dedicated, and diligent Home Health RN to join a rural hospital near Le Mars, Iowa. If you are an experienced Home Health RN who is looking to join a compassionate group of nurses striving to provide top-quality service in an incredible area, this position is for you!Position Details: Observes, collects, and records data on admission assessment and initiates plan and ongoing of treatment. Teaches and supervises patients.Teaches basic principles of healthful living in relation to changing needs of individuals in all age groups. Guides families toward self-help in recognition and solution of physical, emotional, and environmental health problems. Recognizes attitudes that permit them to make optimum use of available health services.Assists the physician by performing examination and treatments. Observes, evaluates and reports to the physician the patient''s physical and emotional condition and reaction to drugs or treatments. Interprets to physician social and physical factors in the environment that affect patient care.Shift: Monday - Friday, 8a - 4:30p. 32-40 hours/week.Rotating on call during the week and weekends. Requirements: BLSDriver''s LicenseVehicle Insurance Qualifications:Current RN License, State of Iowa.Home health nursing experience preferred. Willing to work irregular and/or less favorable terest in improving skills.Personal qualities and ability to deal with patients and families.
