Job DescriptionAs a Senior Application Development Engineer on our Enterprise Data Warehouse team, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements and incrementally moving the data warehouse to the future state. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communications skills and exceptional follow through. Some of your main responsibilities will include: Developing Hands on Data Warehouse solutions. Assisting the team with technical direction for the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Data warehouse solutions. Setting up Snowflake pipelines and data structures. Solving issues by coordinating across cross-functional areas. Planning processes and communicating clearly with internal business customers and translating from business requirements to technical specifications. Assists the technical team in identification and resolution of Data Quality issues. Working with the project management team to ensure alignment of plans with what is being delivered. Working with configuration management and software release principles as well as change management concepts. Managing small to medium sized projects relating to the delivery of applications or application changes. Managing Services or 3rd party resources to meet application support requirements. Interfacing daily with cross functional team members within the EDW team and across the enterprise to resolve issues. Providing reporting and metrics for strategic initiatives.Please note this opportunity is available ideally local to Richardson, TX but is also open to Fully Remote.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,000Maximum: 167,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on experience with Data Warehousing. 6+ years of hands-on experience with ETL (e.g., Informatica/DataStage). 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and BQ. 3+ years of hands-on experience with GCP or other cloud services. 9+ years of hands-on experience with Teradata.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
