Job DescriptionAs a Sr Manager, you will be responsible for leading key components of the implementation of functionality and capabilities in support of Connected Provider Care Collaboration (CPCC) and the electronic exchange of clinical data. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will implement product vision and development with a clear focus on providers, customers and end-user needs. The Sr Manager will work collaboratively with IT, Architecture, Legal, clinical, etc. to deliver technology and project management deliverables. You will also assist with program strategy, and portfolio and planning initiatives. The desired candidate will have solid proven experience as a seasoned project manager, with experience leading in a SAFE Agile environment in the healthcare industry. A successful candidate is comfortable working in an ambiguous, changing environment.As part of the Connected Provider Care Collaboration Value Pool team (CPCC), you will work on driving clinical health data projects across the healthcare business (HCB) via a multi-year program.Additional Responsibilities of the Lead Director Program Management include: Collaborate with IT and Architects on Program Increment planning Manage the backlog and document stories, objectives and features Drive IT prioritization Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organizationTrack and report on spending and value metrics to ensure alignment to the portfolio Collaborate and partner with other functional managers, business areas across/within segments or other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed Influence change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services Cross functional/segment group facilitation/presentation Assist others to identify solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project plan May require process mapping and discovery activities in order to understand the business workflow and concernsNOTE: This role can be based anywhere in US.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications At least 3 years or more of healthcare and/or health insurance experience At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager with a proven track record of managing complex projects At least 2 years working in a SAFE Agile environment Executive presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPoint Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities Analytical mindset Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, etc. are required.
