This team works with communities and programs to increase awareness and prevention of certain issues.The WorkWe seek a team player who has marketing and/or communications experience and wants to join a group of passionate, mission-focused people who enjoy spending time with each other. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, thoughtful, can provide quality insight, recommendations, and strategy on branding and marketing campaigns and is a very strong writer and communicator. If you are able to counsel senior level advisors, manage multiple workstreams, and dont mind rolling up your sleeves and getting dirty, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:Manage complex projects and comfortable presenting to senior level government officialsProvide insight and strategy on developing a brand and executing marketing campaignDeveloping timelines for short-and-long term projectsDevelop and implement marketing and communications plans and materials which detail approach for engaging stakeholders and spreading brand awarenessOffer input on material design and communicate clients needs to ICF Next creative servicesManaging the review and approval process for marketing materials, including working across the organization to deploy efforts (IT, account team, client)Participate in team-wide meetings as part of a large, collaborative teamDevelop and maintain realistic timelines for executing various workstreamsCoordinate scope, schedule, and resources to ensure all deadlines are begin metIdentify and communicate need for shifting priorities and resources depending on clients needsOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:7+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, social marketing, or related field, particularly experience working in consumer marketing at an advertising agency or consulting firm. 4+ years experience working with the Federal government4 year degree from an accredited college/universityAbility to maintain a public trust clearanceMust be a U.S. citizen (required by Federal government for the position)Preferred Qualifications:DHS public trust clearanceBA in marketing or communicationsExperience driving results through marketing. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
