Essential Functions: Plan, execute, and measure end-to-end demand gen programs that drive MQLs and qualified pipeline. Leverage a variety of channels, including content, emails, webinars, sponsored content, website, ABM, paid media, etc. Define program objectives, audiences, messaging and value props, channel strategy, KPIs and benchmarks, and budget as part of campaign planning. Own digital campaign management across internal and external resources with support from design, content, events, partnerships, product marketing and revenue operations. Partner with sales development to ensure coordinated MQL follow-up and optimize for highest conversion rates. Improve operations, processes, and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend. Use data to tell a story and inform decisions: analyze campaign, channel and tactic-level outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision-making and determine next steps. Competencies: 5+ years of digital marketing experience in developing, managing, and optimizing campaigns for B2B or B2C SaaS companies. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zoominfo and Google Analytics and/or Google Data Studio required. Experience with ABM, intent, conversational marketing, and/or personalization platforms highly desirable. Possess a strong understanding of lead capture and engagement flows. Have the autonomy and support you need to be creative in how you create demand testing new tactics and channels to uncover the most effective and efficient ways to drive revenue. Are curious by nature and have a willingness to learn and collaborate. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Supervisory Responsibility:This position has no supervisor responsibility. Work Environment: This position is fully remote with quarterly requirement to travel to conferences or tradeshows in the US and Canada. Physical Demands: Talking/Hearing Over Phone & In-Person: 50% Sitting:90% Frequent Alpha/Numeric Keyboarding: 90% Ability to View Computer Monitor: 90% Take Notes in Written Form: 50% Ability to lift or carry heavy boxes or crates (for live events purposes): 25% Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time remote position working 40 hours per week.
