Technical Analyst I

This position will work within the North American infrastructure team with primary responsibilities for Microsoft products related to client configuration. The primary function of the role is to lead and support major project work, you will be expected to be able to manage and organize your own time so that you add to the success of these projects. The position requires an excellent understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management, Intune, Azure Active Directory and related services, along with a good understanding of ConfigMgr and Office 365. This role will have responsibilities for monitoring and 3rd level support, so good problem solving and troubleshooting skills are required, as are good communication and technical writing skills.Primary Responsibilities: Support Warehouse Management System (WMS) Migrations. Responsibilities include staging, scheduling and deploying software packages and printers to windows endpoints using SCCMMaintain and enhance the MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) environment to support modern desktop management co-management with Intune.Assist and improving processes related with day-to-day SCCM service deliveryProvide and support the recommendations around SCCM vs. Intune and/or hybrid implementationsCreate, maintain, update, deploy and delete policies in IntuneMonitor, review, test and deploy software patches to workstations.Microsoft Intune - Creating Security Policy, Device Compliance, Troubleshooting Modern Device Management (MDM) IssuesResponsible for Windows patching and Office products updates to meet compliancePerform reactive troubleshooting to effectively identify potential incidents or problems, and attempt to eliminate them to occur in the futurePrioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environmentEducation and Work Experience:University degree in Information Technology or 5-7 years equivalent work experienceExceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; including the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationExperience working in a matrixed global organization where success requires broad orchestration of resources and servicesStrong understanding of the business impact of IT tools, technologies, and policiesMicrosoft certifications are a strong plusRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) configuration and troubleshooting experienceMicrosoft Intune configuration and troubleshooting experience.Microsoft Intune - Experience in Modern Workplace systems such as Azure/Intune and co Management, Creating Security Policy, Device Compliance, Conditional Policies, Autopilot , Troubleshooting Modern Device Management (MDM)IssuesAbility to provide recommendations around SCCM vs. Intune and/or hybrid implementations, Windows Update for business.PowerShell Scripting ExperienceMicrosoft Server AdministrationMicrosoft SCCM AdministrationMicrosoft Azure ADMicrosoft Active DirectoryO365 AdministrationMicrosoft Defender ATP - preferredUtilize knowledge of Microsoft best practices and methodologiesWork in a fast-paced, agile environmentPossess a willingness and ability to work non-standard hours to support delivery of time-critical project deadlinesProperly set priority and order for workAsk for help and provide it to othersLearn and apply innovative technologies and business conceptsLimited travel may be requiredLLPRWhy Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
