What You''ll Do Operate as a business partner with leaders of specific scope by understanding specific business objectives, initiatives and communications. Drive consistent delivery of world class people programs through our annual processes Work in true partnership with other People Business Partners, People Operations Team (Shared Service Model), Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management colleagues Support the roll-out of company-wide People related programs to the teams in the various countries, including those related to Compensation & Benefits, Reward and Recognition, Engagement, Diversity, Talent Management, Learning and Development and Performance Management Coach and guide people leaders during performance improvement process. Identify trends in performance issues in specific teams or groups and proactively propose solutions to fix underlying issues Handle day to day employee relations matters, including but not limited to performance issues, grievances, disciplinary processes, dismissals or redundancies Provide professional and accurate employment law advice and any advice on local custom/practice to managers and People colleagues Monitor employee retention on a monthly basis and identify trends and make recommendations to ensure retention objectives are met. Identify policy creation and/or adjustment needs in concert with the local/global PBP teams, as well as learning and development needs for the region in partnership with Central/Local Training teams Manage US immigration program either directly or in partnership with other People Teams Support local/regional/global DEI efforts as developed and shared by SVP, DEI Embody a One People mentality within all aspects of the role Who You Are Have strong foundation of HR experience that includes best practices and industry trends You enjoy partnering with and influencing business leaders to develop and grow You proactively spot trends and identify issues that could be employee retention risks You strive to work smart and efficient while being proactive to anticipate needs Possess strong knowledge of employment law for all relevant countries/geographies which includes Brazil Are up to date with changes in legislation, case law and best practice Ability to pivot from process driven initiatives to strategic ones Technically inclined such that you have a comfort level with learning new tools and systems Experience working in a matrix organization with a Shared Service Center model At Criteo, we believe the future is wide open when it includes everyone.
